Make It Monday - Fun Foam

I didn't think I was going to be able to play along with this week's challenge until the weekend, but I found my children's fun foam and I found some time!  :)  I used the Warm Happiness and Warm Happiness Too sets for my card as well as the Warm Happiness die

I die cut the mugs out of white craft foam and stamped the one in Ocean Tides and Burnt Umber and the other in Berry Sorbet and Burnt Umber.  You have to let the ink dry for a bit or you will smear the ink, but it does stamp well on the craft foam!  This particular fun foam I had already had an adhesive back, so it made things very simple!

I used the Book Print Impression Plate on the Aqua Mist cardstock for the background piece and die cut the Dark Chocolate cardstock with the Mat Stack 4 die.  I stamped the sentiment in Fresh Snow ink on the Dark Chocolate cardstock and attached the mugs.  I added a little Kraft cardstock to the top with the Banner Borders die.  I stamped the "steam" in Fresh Snow ink and tied some Berry Sorbet ribbon around the card.  The mugs look adorable stamped and cut on fun foam!  To see all of the other entries for this week's challenge, visit here.  Thanks for stopping by!  SUPPLIES USED:  Stamps- Warm Happiness, Warm Happiness Too (PTI); Ink- Burnt Umber, Fresh Snow; Paper- Aqua Mist, Dark Chocolate, Kraft (PTI); Accessories- Mat Stack 4 die, Banner Borders die, Book Print Impression Plate, Berry Sorbet ribbon (PTI);  Finished card measures 5.5"x4.25"

Ooooh, I LOVE this card! The stamping turned out beautifully on the fun foam. Love the dimension that it gives the card. Your colors are gorgeous together!

This is gorgeous Charmaine!! Alas I don't have lil peeps and I don't know what fun foam is either - so I may not be able to give this week's challenge a go - but I'm sure loving seeing how creative everyone is at trying out this technique. Love the colour mix too. xx
