I stamped the cute little monster, colored him with Copic markers and cut him out. I added those "polka dots" on him with a Copic colorless blender. I die cut two doilies using the Layering Doily Die - Large and the Layering Doily Die - Medium. I also used the Medium Scallop Border Die on the top of the card. The hearts were created using the Hearts a Plenty Dies.
