Here's a happy little holiday card using one of the newest releases from Taylored Expressions called Wings of Joy. It's such an adorable set, especially if you like birds! I used some Colorful Christmas Winter Wonderland paper from My Mind's Eye along with some Melon Mambo from Stampin' Up! I colored the tree with Copic markers and then added some gold glitter glue to decorate the tree. Labels 8 Nestabilities were used on the focal piece. Thanks for stopping by today! Thankful
I was able to participate in the Limited Supplies Challenge this week, Simply "Fall"ing. The challenge was to create a card with no embellishments, meaning buttons, ribbon, brads, etc. You could use a diecut, punch or embossing folder, but the focus of the card had to be the stamped image. Oh, and it had to have a Fall theme. I used the Thankful Flourishes set from Our Craft Lounge for my card. I used the Flourished Frame Cuttlebug folder on the patterned paper, cut out the center with my craft knife and then sanded it to bring out the frame. I stamped the sentiment in the frame and then stamped and colored the flower image, cut it out and added it to the corner of the frame. Finally, I stamped and cut out the leaf image. When I think of a Fall theme, other than leaves and Halloween, I think of being thankful. THANK YOU for always stopping by! You always make my day! SUPPLIES USED: Stamps- Thankful Flourishes (Our Craft Lounge); Ink- Whisper White Craft (SU), Tuxedo Black (Tsukineko); Paper- Ooh La La (My Mind's Eye), Ripe Avocado (PTI); Accessories- Flourished Frame Cuttlebug folder (Provocraft); Finished card measures 4.25"x5.5"

Nearly Impossible
I wanted to share with you a near impossible feat. . . taking a good picture of all four kids together! LOL My mother has been asking for a p
hoto of all four kids together, so I tried to fulfill her request last week. I thought I'd share the outcome with you! This first picture is probably the best, although
I wish Isabelle was smiling. She was getting frustrated by this time. :) Isaac was all over the place. He was "done" after two pictures! LOL Savannah and Arwen, of course, would sit ALL DAY and have pictures taken! :) Thanks for letting me share and I hope you enjoy and maybe get a little chuckle yourself!

Sweet Treats
Here's a cute little paint can filled with peppermints that I made using the Something Sweet Borders and Centers as well as the Holiday Demi Phrases from JustRite. The two demi phrases I used are "Warm Winter Wishes" and "From your Secret Santa". I love how you can interchange the different phrases to create your own message. This clear paint can was a can that some prima flowers came in, so it was nice to be able to re-purpose it! You can find these and many other JustRite stamps at Stamper's Dream! Thanks for stopping by today! SUPPLIES USED: Stamps- Something Sweet Borders & Centers, Holiday Demi Phrases (JustRite Stampers); Ink- Tuxedo Black (Tsukineko), Melon Mambo (SU); Paper- Melon Mambo (SU); Accessories- Crushed Curry marker (SU), Regal Rose grosgrain (SU), circle and scallop circle punches (Marvy Uchida)

Taylored Expressions RELEASE DAY!
It's RELEASE DAY over at Taylored Expressions in addition to World Card Making Day! The new sets are now available for purchase and there are all kinds of deals going on to celebrate World Card Making Day! (check out the What's the Deal category for starters!)Today's featured set is Holiday Wonder! It's the newest set in the Stamp a Sweet Impression (SASI) line. I have two projects for you today using this adorable set. The first is a little house treat box. I used the Tall Gable Favor Box from Taylored Expressions. I stamped and colored the house image, cut it out, added the tree image to give a little dimension
and then added Polar White Flower Soft in the appropriate spots! :) I attached the house image to the favor box along with the sentiment and some ribbon. I think it makes an adorable little Christmas gift. . .especially filled with candy or any other little gift you can think of!
For my second project, I used the sleigh image. My idea was to have it fly across the moon on a snowy Christmas Eve. It took me a while to get the sponging right, and I'm still not completely happy with it, but at least it gives the picture I was going for! :) The moon is just a circle I punched out of Choice Snow White cardstock after stamping. I also used my Stamp-a-ma-jig and black marker to add a couple of
reindeer to the front of the line. I sprayed some Iridescent Pearl Maya Mist to the circle in order to make the moon shimmery. Such a beautiful effect! The papers I used on both projects are from the Christmas Key Ingredients. Now for the World Card Making Day deals!
