Taylored Expressions October Sneak Peeks - Critters on Ice and Peek a Boo Squares

Welcome back for another day of sneak peeks for the October Release at Taylored Expressions!  I hope you're enjoying all of the sneak peeks!  I have two more projects to share today!  The first uses the NEW Critters on Ice!  This set is absolutely adorable!  I created my card with the moose image.

I started by embossing the background with the NEW Nordic Holiday Embossing Folder.  Then I created a shaker using the Picture Perfect - Horizontal die.  This is the smaller die in the set.  I added some Build a Scene Christmas Sequins inside the shaker.  The moose was stamped, colored with Copic markers and then die cut using the coordinating Critters On Ice Die Set and adhered to the outside of the shaker element.

My second project for today uses the NEW Peek-a-Boo Squares.  Peek-a-Boo Squares is just like the previously released Peek-a-Boo Circles.  I used it here with some new Little Bits dies!  Again, I made a shaker element by using the Peek-a-Boo Squares and filling them with snowflakes that were die cut using the Little Bits - Snowflake Confetti die.

On each "window" I added an element. . .Little Bits - Snowman, Little Bits - Tis the Season and Little Bits - Reindeer.  The sentiment and snowflakes that are stamped on the card are from the NEW Peek-a-Boo Christmas set.

Taylored Expressions October Sneak Peeks - Roly Poly Santa and Eventful Holidays

Welcome back for Day 2 of the October Sneak Peeks!  I hope you are enjoying what you're seeing!  I have two more projects to share with you today!  The first uses the NEW Roly Poly - Santa.  The new die line of  Roly Poly are made to be built on a 3 inch circle, which is included in the NEW Stitched Circle Stacklets.  I used the NEW Season's Greetings Banner Die for the sentiment.

Isn't this Roly Poly Santa the cutest?  Actually, all of the Roly Polys are CUTE!!!  I die cut the pieces out of Cherry Pop, Sugar Cube, Oreo, Strawberry Milkshake and Cupcake cardstock.  On the inside of the card I used a sentiment from the NEW In and Out - Christmas set and "prettied" it up with some Little Bits - Christmas Confetti.

My second project for today uses the NEW Eventful - Holidays set.  I used some papers from the Build a Scene - Christmas Matched Kit.  The sentiment was stamped and embossed in white.  The little "village" was die cut using the NEW Night Before Christmas Die.  I thought these would make fun and simple invitations to a Christmas party!

Inside, I used the previously released RSVP as well as other sentiments from the Eventful - Holidays set.

Taylored Expressions October Sneak Peeks - Simply Stamped Pinecones and Picture Perfect

Good morning!  Welcome to the first day of sneak peeks for the October Release at Taylored Expressions!  The actual release takes place this Thursday, October 1st, but we've got a lot to show you before then! ;)  I have two projects to share today.  The first uses the NEW Simply Stamped - Pinecones set along with the Simply Stamped - Pinecones Dies!

This is fun new set, and just like the previously release Simply Stamped line, there is multi-step stamping so that you end up with a 3 dimensional image!  I used three different shades of brown ink for my pinecones.  The papers are from the NEW Build a Scene Christmas Matched Kit.  If you notice, the background is embossed with the NEW Holly Embossing Folder.  Another exciting new product that is releasing Thursday are the Stitched Circle Stacklets, which is what I used to die cut the red circle.  To finish my card, I added some NEW Build a Scene Christmas Sequins!

The second project I have to share uses the NEW Picture Perfect Horizontal Die Set.  This die set is a fun new way to create picture Christmas cards!!  I used it to create a shaker card, though.  There is a large die (which I've used) and a smaller frame die in the set.  I die cut the frame twice. . .once out of some patterned paper from the Build a Scene Christmas 6x6 Paper Pack and once out of some Cherry Pop cardstock and then just cut the "Merry Christmas" part and adhered it over the other.

The inner parts of the shaker were created using the NEW Build a Scene Central Park Dies as well as the Little Bits - Snowflake Confetti and Little Bits - Reindeer.  So, you don't have to use these dies JUST for photo cards!!
