This was for today's Color Challenge on Splitcoast, Apricot Roses. I don't use Apricot Appeal too much and I don't know why because I really do like it! I LOVE it with this Rose Red and Turquoise! Colors I never would have put together myself! The patterned paper is my new Magnolia paper. I really like it! I used a turquoise shimmery gel pen for the faux stitching. You can't really see it in the picture. The ink I used was VersaMagic in Thatched Straw. It didn't show up as well as I would have liked on the turquoise cardstock, but you can read it better in real life than in this picture. What a fun challenge!
Thank you all who have posted so far on the latest set of Oodagoodies! You have all shared some REALLY neat ideas for gift items! I've really enjoyed reading what you've created and seeing pictures too, for those of you who have posted links! Such great stuff, and I really appreciate you sharing! I look forward to seeing more! Have a great day!
