Anni-VERVE-sary Spotlight Hop - Day 7

Welcome back for Day 7 of the Spotlight Hops!! Hopefully you've arrived here from Andrea's BlogToday I am featuring the Learning To Sail set along with the Flourished Trim Die.  I have a clean and simple card today using the sailboat image from the set.  I used the Flourished Trim Die to create water under the boat.  I colored the image with Copic markers.  After stamping the sailboat and coloring it, I punched it out with a circle punch and mounted that onto a black circle.  After I adhered the sailboat with foam tape, I drew the box around the top part of the card with a ruler and fine tip marker.

We've picked a mystery blog from today's hop and hidden a prize! So be sure to give a little shout out in the comment section as you hop around to each blog on the list. We’ll draw a random winner from all of the comments on the mystery blog to win today's featured sets and dies. Check out the Verve Blog for all the prize details and deadlines.

Want even more chances to win? Head on over to the Verve SCS forum and play along in our Anni-VERVE-sary release challenges. Or hop on over to the Verve Blog to find out about our Verve Card Carnival, for a chance to win the entire new release (a $300+ value)! Please head over to Janelle's Blog to see what she has to show you today!

So very cute! Kind of looks like we are looking through a periscope and spying on a cute little sailboat on it's merry way! Such a wonderful idea! The colors are refreshing! Love the idea of using the die as waves. The die is very versatile as is the stamp set. Cannot wait for the release! Blessings!
