Andrea's Blog, then you're in the right place!! Today I have two projects for you. Both introduce to you the new set
With Love. The first one also uses the new
Pennant Trim Die! I used papers from the Summer Fresh Collection from Simple Stories. I stamped, colored and cut out the little birdie and mounted it on top of the pennant that I die cut and mounted on the card with foam tape. The sentiment was stamped right onto the patterned paper.
My second card is Clean and Simple and is for the
CAS Challenge that Tosh and I are hosting over in the Verve Forum!! For this card, I used the cupcake image from
With Love. The top of the cupcake was paper pieced and the bottom was colored with Copic markers. I added a few score lines to the card for some interest. The cupcake top has Stardust Stickles all over it for some sparkle.

Both are gorgeous cards... I'm attracted to the CAS style of the cupcake card, but the pattern combo of the first card is stunning. I didn't miss the little dashed trail from the bird to the sentiment... Nice touch!
