It's release day at Verve and we're celebrating with Day 5 of our June 2015 Spotlight Hops! Have you enjoyed the spotlights we've been sharing this week? Well, the wait is over and everything previewed this week is available in the Verve online store now!
Today's spotlight is shining on The Sparkly Dreams set illustrated by Julee Tilman, as well as the Butterfly Dreams Die Set and the Flourished Tag Die Set. If you've come from Marisa's Blog, then you're in the right place! My card today uses the Sparkly Dream set. I have always loved the Serenity Prayer, so that was my first choice as far as sentiments to use from this set! :) I stamped and then trimmed around the sentiment. The butterfly was stamped and colored with Copic markers. As a finishing touch, I used some ribbon from the Stormy Skies Ribbon Collection.

Lots of contrast...black with bright flowers on one side and a green on the other . The sentiment and the butterfly bridge the space between. Great card and bow.

cute card, but really hard for me to look at. My father passed away 3 months ago and the serenity prayer was something he always talked about. It makes me sad. Still love the card
