I got my Faux Ribbon set in the mail from Papertrey Ink last Wednesday, but this is the first I've had time to play with it. Not to mention the fact that I really don't have any acrylic blocks that are long enough for the "ribbon" stamps. I had to improvise with a clear pencil case-type box. I have to say that creating with this set doesn't come as easy to me as Butterfly Kisses or Green Thumb did. I think it's because the images you're creating with this set (other than the sentiments, of course) are the "embellishments", and not the focal point, if that makes sense. I have to play a little more and see, but I have to totally think differently to use this set. Anyone else get this set and find that you have "stamper's block"? LOL I used what I call my "fruity" VersaMagic Dewdrops. . .Mango, Persimmon, Key Lime and Pink Grapefruit. They look like a real fruit salad! Adding the Jumbo Java (dark brown) made it look less edible! :) I'm going to keep plugging away with this set and see what I come up with! Thanks for visiting and have a beautiful day!
