Welcome back to Day 2 of Verve's July Release Spotlight Hops!  The Verve Divas and special guests are back for another day of spotlighting our new release! Everything previewed this week will be available to order in the Verve online shop on Monday, July 10. And if you just can't wait, you can pre-order our July Release Collection at a 25% discount through July 9!

Today we're sharing our first projects featuring the Happiness Is stamp set and coordinating Happiness in a Cup Die Set.  If you've come from visiting Wanda, you're in the right place!!  I decided to go clean and simple with this set.  I just LOVE the die cut "happiness".  It just makes me happy and I wanted it to stand out on the card.  As far as the "teensy bit of silence". . .anyone with multiple kids would understand!  ;)  When I stamped the sentiment, I inked it up with a medium blue ink and then just inked up the bottom parts of the sentiment with a deeper blue to get the ombre look.  I LOVE how the mug looks distressed. . . and that's all part of the stamp!  How cool is that?!  Thanks for stopping by today!  Next on today's hop is Marisa!!

I LOVE this card, Charmaine! That bit of yellow with the aqua makes me smile, and the ombre sentiment is the perfect tough. I am now well acquainted of the need for silence, even with just 2 littles in the house. I imagine yours is quite the little symphony of chaos. :)

Your card is adorable! I don't have kids, but when
I'm crafting, I need silence (otherwise, I get distracted
by everything!). lol
