TE February Sneak Peeks: Egg Stacklets and Build a Tag 3

 

Welcome to Day 3 of sneak peeks for Taylored Expressions!  I hope you've been enjoying everything you've seen so far!  I have two more projects for you today!  The first uses the NEW Egg Stacklets.  I used the Egg Stacklets to create a little egg treat box.  I started with the Sack It To You Die and some Strawberry Milkshake cardstock.

The egg was die cut out of patterned paper from the For Peep's Sake 6x6 Paper Pack.  The little chevrons were die cut using the Skinny Mini Borders 2.  The cardstock colors are Potato Chip, Plum Punch, Strawberry Milkshake and Sprinkles.  The bottom of the egg is covered in Granny Smith.

The egg pot and sentiment are from the NEW Tag Along - Easter set.  The box was stuffed with filler and is ready to add that little treat!!  :)

The second project I have for you today uses the NEW Build a Tag 3.  I don't create tags very often simply because I really didn't know what to do with them!  lol  The Build a Tag series makes it so easy for people like me to make tags because all the pieces are die cut for you and you can assemble them how you like!



I used the Somebunny Loves You set for my tags.  I stamped, colored and die cut each of the cute little animals using the coordinating Somebunny Love You Dies.

After assembling the tags, I added some For Peep's Sake Sequins for some sparkle and tied some ribbon through the top to finish them off.  Now they are all ready to tie to a package!!

TE February Sneak Peeks: At the Cross 1 and Beauty Lies Within 2


Welcome back for Day 2 of sneak peeks at Taylored Expressions!  I have two more projects to share with you today!  The first uses the NEW At the Cross 1 Die.  As you can probably guess from the name of the die, there are two others as well!  :)  I am featuring die 1.

At the Cross 1 is a beautiful, ornate cross that can be used for many different religious occasions.  I used it for an Easter card by pairing it with a sentiment from He Is Risen.  The cardstock used on this card is Sugar Cube, for the base and sentiment panel, NEW Plum Punch was die cut with the NEW Floral Lattice Cutting Plate, and behind the cross is NEW Potato Chip.  The sentiment panel was die cut using the Label Stacklets 1.  I added one, lone For Peep's Sake Sequin in the center of the cross as well.

The second project I have to share uses the NEW Beauty Lies Within 2 Die Set.  I think this die set is so pretty.  I die cut a window in this card using Beauty Lies Within 2 and then adhered patterned paper from the For Peep's Sake 6x6 Paper Pack inside the card.  I love how it shows through the flowers of the die cut.

The sentiment and little bunny are from the NEW Tag Along - Easter set.  The bunny was colored with Copic markers and die cut using the coordinating Tag Along - Easter Dies.  To finish the card, I used a ruler to draw a frame around the edge of the card.

TE February Sneak Peeks: Little Bits Rainbow and Wishes on a Wire


It's time for sneak peeks at Taylored Expressions!  We have lots of new products to share with you over the next few days!  Pleased stay tuned!  All of the products we'll be sharing with you will be available for purchase Thursday, Feb. 5th at 7am Pacific!!  I have two projects to share with you today and the first uses the NEW Little Bits - Rainbow.

I just LOVE all of the Little Bits dies!  They are adorable and perfect for adding that "little something extra".  I die cut the pot of gold out of Oreo and Lemon Meringue cardstocks.  The rainbow was die cut out of Sugar Cube cardstock and then colored with different markers to create the rainbow.  The background is Granny Smith embossed with the NEW Dotted Lattice Embossing Folder!  The blue patterned paper comes from the NEW For Peep's Sake 6x6 Paper Pack.  I also used the NEW Little Bits - Shamrocks on this card along with the NEW For Peep's Sake Sequins.

The second project I have uses the NEW Wishes on a Wire - Easter set.  Wishes on a Wire - Easter is an adorable little set of one with a little bunny scene.

For my card, I stamped and colored the image using Copic markers.  The little background piece is from the NEW For Peep's Sake 6x6 Paper Pack.  The cardstock behind the image is a NEW color called Potato Chip!!  I used some Pink & White Baker's Twine to finish the card.
