I had to make a birthday card recently, and the person whose birthday it was just happened to LOVE butterflies! I really love using my VersaMagic inks on Kraft cardstock. They show up so well and it makes for a different look than the focal point always being on white or vanilla cardstock. I used my embossing punch that I found at Target for the bottom border of the card, and attached a piece of aqua carstock behind it to bring out the little aqua butterflies on the card. Oh, that's gorgeous!! I too love the look on kraft...I don't think I've ever tried that. Love that embossing punch, I've never seen one of those, but it sure is adorable--especially with that blue contrast behind it. SO pretty!! I'm partial to butterflies too (top secret: I have a butterfly tatoo! *gasp* hey...after being a PK, at 21 I was raring to fly free as a butterfly!! LOL!)

I love butterflies too! Great colors and I love the look of stamping on craft paper--too bad for me I need a new craft ink pad. So many things to buy so little money! :)
