This was for JulieHRR's Dirty Dare Challenge yesterday to make a no layer card. It's funny, but sometimes I have trouble with no layer cards because I always think they NEED something else! This card didn't quite turn out how I envisioned. I inked the butterfly up with Regal Rose ink, then used an Old Olive marker to color spots of the wings, but it turned out really muddy looking. That's how the Stickles got added. I'm still not crazy about the green parts of the butterfly, but it's better than it was! At least it's sparkly! :) Thanks for stopping by today! SUPPLIES USED: Stamps- Garden Whimsy; Paper- Whisper White; Ink- Basic Black, Regal Rose; Accessories- Old Olive marker, Fruit Punch and Green/Gold Stickles, organdy ribbon, polka dot ribbon from Doodliedoo, Making Memories brads, paper piercer.

You are so talented. Love the card
I think it is lovely! Even the green! OF course I agree with you about sparkles...it always makes it look even prettier!
I love the design of your card. I had to read the description to see why you added moss to it. Yes indeed tomorrow is the day for a new pair of disposable contacts! I see now it is Stickles.
Charmain, I nomiated you for a Rockin Girl Blogger award on my blog. Love your creative ideas!

I think it's really beautiful. I assume with a pink, green and white combo you were shooting for bright and crisp. But I love how the green turned out kind of murky and magical. Makes a very pretty, whimsical card.
What a gorgeous single layer card!! Beautiful colors, and I love the sparkles!
Pretty card, the brads are perfectly placed! How are you holding up in this heat?? :)
