Beate Weekend Sketch Challenge #32
Here's my take on Beate's latest Weekend Sketch Challenge. I got this "Alene's Glitter Snow" a little while ago and have never used it. I thought it would work with this penguin making a snow angel (from the Snowflake Kisses set from Paper Pretties). I'm not sure how well you can see in the picture, but I put around the penguin as well as around the sentiment. The sentiment is actually part of the patterned paper, which is from the DCWV Christmas Glitter Stack. I framed the "snow angel" with a book plate covered in glitter. I'm not so sure I like how that turned out. It doesn't have the "frosted window with snow in the corners" look I was going for, but I didn't want to cover the sentiment. Hopefully you get the picture! :) I had a piece of this "boa" material that I thought I'd use instead of ribbon just for something different. Be sure and check out what Beate, Cambria, Jenn, Laurie, Lori, Mary Jo and Sharon have in store for us! I can't wait! Thanks for stopping by!
