Sunday was my little cousin's birthday, so I thought I'd make her a bright, fun card. This uses the Birthday Frames set from Hero Arts. You can find it at Stamper's Dream. It was a lot of fun to color this cupcake. You can't tell in the picture, but I added some Stardust Stickles to the "icing" and it makes it nice and sparkly. :) The paper is from the Nana's KIDS Stack from Die Cut With a View. It's one of my favorite paper stacks. I find myself using it all of the time!
