Welcome back for Day 2 of sneak peeks!  Today we're introducing two new stamp sets, two new dies sets, a border die and an impression plate!

First up is Embrace Beauty.  Embrace Beauty was concepted by Jami Sibley and illustrated by Nancy McKinney for the Whimsical Wishes Collection.  It is a full sized set including 9 images/sentiments.  It was designed for use with the Spellbinders Fleur de Lis dies, Spellbinders Classic Circles and a 1 3/4" Circle punch.  It coordinates perfectly with the Summer Afternoon and Discover Your Wings sets.  If you love silhouette images, you'll LOVE this set!  Isn't it gorgeous?

For my card, I used the Uncommon Collection from Authentique along with the Spellbinders Fleur de Lis dies and Spellbinders Classic Circles to create my card.  I stamped the image in Walnut Stain Distress ink and die cut the image.  I added some stitching and pearl to embellish.

The second set we're introducing today is a set that I concepted!  I never thought I would concept a set, but I've always wished for a ladybug stamp set with coordinating dies so one night I drew some images and sentiments and sent it to Taylor and she actually liked it!  So, I hope you do too!  Taylor illustrated the set and she did an AWESOME job of bringing my idea to life!  In fact, she made it even better than my idea!  Bugabee is the new set!  And Bugabee has two coordinating die sets!  They are the Bugabee Bug Dies and the Bugabee Flower Dies! There is even a Lots of Dots Impression Plate  and Grass Border Die that go along with the bug theme perfectly!

Bugabee is a full sized set complete with 27 images/sentiments!  You can combine layers with the stamps and die cuts and add big, bold sentiments for a happy card!

For my card I used the Lot of Dots Impression Plate for the background.  The patterned paper is from the Happy Go Lucky Collection from American Crafts.  I stamped the bee in black ink onto pale yellow cardstock and die cut him using the Bugabee Bug Dies.  I die cut the wings out of vellum.  The flower was die cut using patterned papers from the Happy Go Lucky Collection and the Bugabee Flower Dies.  I also used the Grass Border Die to die cut the grass!

TIP:  I have a tip to share with you regarding these dies.  It's actually something I do when I have a set of little dies like this.  Sometimes it's so hard to keep track of the dies along with their alignment tools, so I started this little system and it works well for me!

Sets of little dies like these come all connected and you break them apart before using them.  I decided to create myself an "alignment sheet" of both the Bugabee Bug Dies and Bugabee Flower Dies using a piece of plastic sheet that came in some packaging that I decided to hang on to.  I put the two die sets onto the plastic sheet still connected and ran it through my Cuttlebug.  This left me with a guide for ALL of the dies, all on one sheet.

So now all I have to do is line up the particular die cut image from the sheet with my stamped image, mark the holes, line up the die and run it through my machine!  I find it much easier (and faster) than searching for the coordinating alignment tool.  :)

I hope that's a helpful tip for you!  To see more using the sets we've introduced today, please visit the rest of the Baker's Dozen!
