Welcome back for Day 2 of Sneak Peeks for Taylored Expressions! I have two more projects to share with you today! The first uses the NEW Keep on Truckin' set along with the NEW On the Road - Truck Die. I LOVE this sentiment from Keep on Truckin'. It coordinates perfectly with the On the Road - Truck Die.
I die cut the truck pieces out of Sugar Cube, Salt Water Taffy and Oreo cardstock. The grey pieces were just Sugar Cube colored with a grey Copic marker. The sentiment was stamped and embossed in white onto an Earl Grey piece of cardstock die cut with the Let's Talk Edger 2. The "road" was created with another new product called the Know the Ropes Embossing Folder.
The second project I have to share today uses the NEW Paddle Out set. I used it along with the previously released Happy Trails set, which now has a coordinating Happy Trails Accessories Die Set. I created the scene here with a few different products. The ground was created using the Build a Scene - Rolling Hills.
The water was created using the NEW Lakeside Border and the trees and clouds were created using the NEW Build a Scene - Lakeside. I LOVE the trees and how a portion of the second tree from the set can look like clouds! The canoe and campfire are great elements to this die set as well! And I haven't used the tee pee, which is adorable!! The little boy in the canoe is from the Adventure Land set. Even though the image was taken out of a roller coaster, I thought it could look like he's paddling for his life from a hungry bear! LOL The "Let's Eat" on the sign that the bear is holding is pieced together from the Let's Talk Sentiments set. "If in doubt, paddle out" was stamped and embossed in white onto Oreo cardstock and then die cut using the NEW Stitched Bracket Stacklets.
