Simple Joys

Here's another card with the Green Thumb stamp set from Paper Trey Ink. I am really loving this set. I haven't even used half of the stamps in this set yet! I thought I would make a "Springy" card even though it's freezing here! :) These flowers reminded me of "blowing wishes" with dandelions. So soft and pretty. That's why I picked that sentiment as well. . .a simple joy such as "blowing wishes" was one of my favorite things as a kid. It's funny how embellishments get added sometimes. I have to tell you that I got a smudge of ink from my finger on the focal point of the card, so I punched a piece of pink cardstock with the word window punch (and added the purple brads) to hide the smudge. This was the second try on this because I had ink smudges ALL over the first one since I was too impatient to let the ink dry, and I wasn't about to start over a third time! Thanks for stopping by!
