Rosey Celery

This was for yesterday's Color Challenge on SCS, Rosey Celery. . .to use Rose Red, Pumpkin Pie and Certainly Celery. This color combination is SO NOT my normal choice, but I actually like how it turned out. It's definitely different! The papers are from the Palette O'Prints that Stampin' Up offered as a sampling of their Prints Designer Series paper. I colored with Stampin' Up markers. That was different for me, not to use a blender pen or Aquapainter. I am still loving my Elzybells stamps! If I didn't have to color her, I'd use her for my Christmas cards.

I'm slowly getting back into the swing of things at home. The baby is doing WONDERFULLY. I seem to have lost my mojo, though. At least, that's the way I feel and I know it's because I'm not stamping as much as I used to. I haven't really liked anything I've created lately. I'm sure you've all been through those periods, where nothing you create seems to thrill you. So, THANK YOU for continuing to stop by and leave your kind comments. You have no idea how much they've made my days lately (other than my children, of course) :) You guys are the best! SUPPLIES USED: Stamps- Elzybells; Paper- Rose Red, Certainly Celery Prints DS, Pumpkin Pie, Whisper White; Ink- Versafine Onyx Black, Certainly Celery; Accessories- Celery grosgrain, key tag punch, Fruit Punch, Icicle Stickles, Giga scallop oval punch, Mega oval punch, Rose Red, Certainly Celery, Pumpkin Pie, Blush Blossom markers.

These colors are super yummy together. :) I love the color challanges. I don't get a chance to do them much but I love seeing them in the blogs and gallery. :)

No Mojo? Are you nuts? Go back and look at that card you made again yesterday with the snowflake! Its awesome!

And this Elzy is super cute. Funky color combination when you hear the colors together, but it looks amazing on paper. Well done!

Oh, Charmaine. I think your cards have been fantastic lately. Keep at it, you'll realize you're a creative genius soon enough! This card is super cute. I decided not to do this challenge because I didn't think I would like the colors together, but this works. Maybe I'll have to give it a try! Hugs!

I would not have thought to put these colours together but they look fantastic as does your card. If you feel you have lost your mojo, we have not noticed AT ALL!!!
Keep creating!

I hear you with the mojo. I had a card ready for today's Verve post, then I woke up and just hated it. So I had to quickly come up with *something* *anything* else. But I think this card is awesome. Very unique to pair these vibrant colors with that darling stamp. I definitely find more stamping = more mojo.
