Beate's Weekend Sketch this week was a tough one for me. . .or maybe it was just a tough week! LOL I'm sure you all have those times when it doesn't matter what you create, you just don't like it. I just got this hostess set, Sweet Dreams, so I wanted to use it for this sketch. I LOVE the scalloped frame that comes in the set. After I stamped the scalloped frame in Soft Sky, I inked up the flower stamp in Blue Bayou and then went over the stems with an Old Olive marker and stamped it inside the frame. I added a few
gemstones to the flower centers for some bling. I can't wait to see what beautiful creations

Lately I feel like that all the time. I think it's the weather. It's gorgeous and I just want to be outside reading a book. It's hard for me to stamp when it's beautiful outside.
Your card looks wonderful though. I love the splash of green you added, your paper piercing, all the colors and the dew drops in the corners.
