Okay, so it's not a yellow polka dot bikini, but it IS a yellow polka dot bathing suit! :) I used part of the butterfly wings in the Petals & Stems and Fluttering By sets from Verve Visual to make this cute little bathing suit. I thought this card would make anyone smile, even laugh! I used the Swiss Dot Cuttlebug folder to mimic the polka dots on the bathing suit. It's pouring down rain here today.
