Today is Day 2 of the New Release Spotlight for Verve and today the Divas are showing you Autumn Splendor. This set is such a fun leaf set. It's great for Fall, but because some of the leaves look like little trees, you can use it for any occasion really! In my cards, I paper pieced the trees and used the Thank You sentiment from the set. The colors of this card make it a nice and cozy Fall card.
I decided to create the same card in brighter colors to show that it doesn't have to be just for Fall! This card could be a thank you for any occasion.
The last card I have to share with you is actually the first one I made. When I first saw this set, I knew I wanted to use Kraft cardstock along with some pigment ink. I thought the leaves would look great in vibrant Fall colors. You can't really see it well in the photo, but the base of the card is stamped with another leaf using a tone on tone color.
