It's Day 3 of the New Release Spotlights and today the Divas are showing you Bountiful Harvest. As you can tell, I've been all about paper piecing this release! :) I'm just loving how these sets work beautifully paper pieced. For this first card I used one of the World Card Making Day/Release Week Sketches. ( Deadline for entries: 11:59pm Mountain on Friday, October 8.) I also used some old, favorite paper that I've loved dusting off. . .the Indian Summer Fall Stack from Die Cut With a View. I had to move my sentiment circle because it fit better above the focal panel, and I thought the whole "moon" looked better above the pumpkins.
I stamped the pumpkins on the different patterned papers, cut them out and attached them to the image I stamped on the woodgrain patterned paper. I added a little faux stitching for some interest.
The second card uses the "pumpkin turkey" in the set. He's so cute. Again, here I used the Indian Summer Fall Stack for my creation. I stamped the image and colored with Copic markers. Then I die cut the image with the Plain Circle Nestabilities and mounted it on a die cut piece using the Big Scallop Circle Nestabilities.
The sentiment was stamped and then die cut with the Labels 10 Nestabilities. I did a little airbrushing along the edges of the circle before taking it out of the die. The bottom of the polka dotted panel was punched with an EK Success border punch.

Love the pumpkins being stamped on three patterns of paper and the different fall colors you used that are muted and soft. Great card. Your turkey cracks me up! He is such a happy fellow. I'll bet he is one of the ones picketing Thanksgiving and carrying a sign that says "Eat more chicken"! LOL! cute card.
