Featured Stamper Challenge

This was for FS05, the Featured Stamper Challenge on Splitcoast. This week's challenge was to CASE a card from Toy's Gallery (Holly), changing two or more elements to make it your own. I chose to CASE this super sweet card of Holly's. The sunflower was what got me! :) Instead of flowers, I used the giraffe from the Bundle of Joy set. Holly used "sunflower" colors in her card, but I decided to use pink and brown. . .one of my favorites. Instead of a flower for an embellishment, I used the "Welcome Baby" stamp from the Riveting set. Where she used a plaid-type patterned paper, I used a stripe patterned paper. Finally, I used the Rough Edges alphabet for "BABY". I really enjoyed doing this challenge. It's the first time I have participated in the Featured Stamper Challenge, and I definitely think I will make that I ritual! It's nice to not have to think up a new layout. Thank you, Holly, for sharing such a beautiful card to CASE! SUPPLIES USED: Stamps- SU Bundle of Joy, Rough Edges Alphabet; Ink- Chocolate Chip, Regal Rose; Paper- DCWV Brown, pink, stripe patterned; Accessories- polka dot ribbon from Oriental Trading, Aquapainter, blender pen, circle punches, dimensionals.
