I had time to do the Color Challenge at SCS today. I LOVED the colors! So Springy and happy. . .even if the weather here isn't! :) It called for So Saffron, Regal Rose, Certainly Celery and optional Chocolate Chip. I decided to play again with my Pink Cat Studio stamps. I just love them! I started off stamping the Cat in Chocolate Chip ink. I colored her in using a blender pen and ink pads. I inked up just the "cat" part of the "Cool Cat" stamp and stamped it in Regal Rose. I punched a tab with the Round Tab punch in Chocolate Chip cardstock. Then I inked up just the "Cool" part and stamped it in Chocolate Chip on the tab. Since I was using Sketch Challenge 112 from last week, I put a band of Certainly Celery cardstock across the card. I had a scrap of the DCWV patterned paper, and since it matched the color combo (and the Cat's pillow), I put that on top of the Certainly Celery. I stamped the footprints in the background in Chocolate Chip and finished the card off with brown ribbon with pink polka dots that I got from Oriental Trading. A pretty quick card considering the layout and color combo were already chosen for me! :)
