More Basic Grey

Here is another card I made with my Basic Grey papers, except I used the Perhaps line. Again, I got these at Doodliedoo. I thought this would make a nice birthday card. I used That's Nice for the sentiment and Fancy Flexible Phrases for the "wishes" on the tab. I don't do a lot of cards in which the sentiment is the focal point, but a couple of challenges lately were to use sentiments as focal points, so I thought I would keep practicing! :) What do you think of this card? Too plain? Too busy? I'd love your feedback! SUPPLIES USED: Stamps- That's Nice, Fancy Flexible Phrases; Ink- Chocolate Chip; Paper- Basic Grey Perhaps, Whisper White; Accessories- slit punch, May Arts ribbon, Crop-a-Dile, Making Memories eyelets, round tab punch, word window punch, paper piercer.

It's supposed to be another beautiful day, here, so hopefully we'll get outside to play a bit. Savannah has been dying to get outside since the weather's been nicer. Everyday she wakes up, and if the sun is shining, she looks out the window and says "Mommy, it's a BEAUTIFUL day!" That's her way of saying "let's go outside and play!" :) Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful day!

I think it's perfect just the way it is. Love the scalloped border with the eyelets, the paper, the sentiment and the little tabby. Gorgeous...like always! Hugs!

I adore this card. The words in that set are so great for a focal point! I wouldn't change a thing...you nailed it!

I think this is perfect the way it is...there is a lot going on with the paper (which is beautiful) so you can't add too much...this is just the right amount!
