This was for Monday's Try a New Technique Challenge on SCS,
Think Fast. The challenge was to take a card that was already in your gallery and only change the stamp set to make a different card. This was a very neat challenge. I think it's so neat how the "same" card can look totally different when you use a different image.
My original card has more of a "cute" feel, while I think the card I made for this challenge has a little bit of an "oriental flair". What do you think? Give this challenge a try with one of your own cards. I think you'll really like the results! Thanks for stopping by!
SUPPLIES USED: Stamps- Stem Silhouettes; Paper- Basic Grey Scarlet Letter, Whisper White, Basic Black; Ink- Ruby Red, Old Olive, Basic Black; Accessories- paper piercer, white gel pen, May Arts ribbon, 1 1/4" and 1 3/8" circle punches, sponge.

Fabulous....I'm always amazed at the different looks we can achieve by changing one small thing -- I'm sure that's why we all have oodles of stamps,paper, inks, embellies, etc!!

Love BOTH the cards - you're so talented! I'm amazed at how the first card seemed cute and yet just the new image made it seem elegant - with the same papers and everything - very clever challenge. Love it!!

You wouldn't believe this....back on bedrest, I saved that elephant card into my favorites on my computer back in April! Since I renamed the card, I couldn't case it b/c I didn't know who I got it from. Now I know it's you! Funny how things work out! Great card Charmaine!

Oooh! I don't remember seeing this elephant card. It's so cute. And I love how different the same card turned out with just a different stamp. Really nice!
