Prettie Wednesday

Two weeks ago, Prettie Girl Jillian challenged us to make a card using stripes. I have used this striped paper A LOT. It's from the Nana's Nursery Stack from DCWV and I LOVE it! :) I used the coffee mugs from the Look Who's Perky set from Paper Pretties. I used my Plain circle and Scallop circle Nestabilities for the focal piece. I colored the coffee mugs in with a Regal Rose marker and a white gel pen. The "steam" coming from the coffee mugs is some Stardust Stickles. All in all, a quick card.
I'm hoping to have some stamping time today because I haven't had much lately. Too much running around and actually having to do work around the house. :) Not to mention both girls were sick yesterday. Not fun. Hoping today's a better day! Thanks for stopping by! SUPPLIES USED: Stamps: Look Who's Perky (Paper Pretties); Paper- Regal Rose (SU) vellum, patterned paper from Nana's Nursery Stack (DCWV); Ink- Basic Black, Regal Rose, Craft White; Accessories- slit punch, white gel pen, white organdy ribbon, plain circle and scallop circle Nestabilities, Regal Rose marker, paper piercer.

I hope the children are much better today. You don't have to worry about the housework...it is very patient and accumulates with friends while it waits for you, LOL.

The card is awesome! I LOVE the shades of pink, actually I LOVE all colors! As I was reading I had coffee on my brain, so where you mentioned "Stardust Stickles", I thought it said "Starbucks Stickles, teehee. I love your work, TFS.
